Kristy Sambor currently serves as Associate General Counsel, Privacy and Sr. Director at SailPoint, following a progressive career in various roles, including Associate General Counsel, Privacy and Director, as well as Data Privacy Program Manager. With over ten years of experience in corporate defense civil litigation at Keesal, Young & Logan, Kristy has expertise across a diverse range of practice areas such as business litigation, regulation, compliance, and privacy laws. Kristy has successfully advised numerous companies on risk assessment and compliance with international privacy standards, implemented privacy policies, and developed automated systems for data requests. A legal operations enthusiast, Kristy actively participates in communities like the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and Legal Operators (LO). Kristy holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. with honors from the University of Washington, where a triple major in Law, Societies and Justice, Political Science, and Geography was completed.
