Lisa Averbeck

Lisa Averbeck is an experienced leader in partner enablement and education, currently serving as Director of Strategic Partner Enablement at SailPoint since June 2024. Previously, Lisa held the position of Senior Manager, Partner Education at Zoom, where the Partner Education infrastructure was created and implemented. At Amazon Web Services, Lisa was a Program Manager for Partner Training, spearheading global strategic programs and initiatives. During tenure at VMware, Lisa progressed through various roles including Senior Manager for Dell Enablement Business Partners, where a comprehensive strategy and team for sales and technical enablement were developed, and Senior Manager for Global Field and Partner Readiness, focusing on learning architecture and sales content development. Lisa holds a Master of Education from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications from Louisiana Christian University.
