Raul Carbajal

Raul Carbajal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and team development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Mexico Site Lead at SailPoint, Raul successfully established and expanded the engineering site to over 80 personnel while maintaining a turnover rate of less than 2%. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager for Global Expansion at Galileo Financial Technologies, where Raul localized the payment processor to meet regional regulations and secured certifications with MasterCard and Visa across multiple countries. At Edenred, Raul implemented a high-performing engineering strategy, while at Omnitracs, contributions included expanding the nearshore team and improving onboarding processes. Raul's career began at Nexion Solutions, where leadership roles spanned service delivery, account management, and development team coordination.
