Martin Scicluna

Martin joined the Board as Chairman Designate and Non-Executive Director on 1 November 2018. Martin was appointed as Chairman of the Board on 10 March 2019, and is also Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Martin brings a breadth of experience and leadership in both executive and non-executive roles. He is currently Chairman of RSA Insurance Group plc. Martin’s previous roles include positions as the Chairman of Great Portland Estates plc, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Worldpay plc, and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Lloyds Banking Group plc. He was a partner at Deloitte LLP for 26 years, serving as Chairman from 1995 to 2007, where his clients included Dixons, WH Smith, Alliance Unichem and Cadbury's.
