Nandita Shah

Nandita Shah is an experienced transformation and operations manager with a career spanning over two decades in the retail and services sector. Currently serving as Transformation Manager at Sainsbury's since July 2024, Nandita previously held the role of Director at BABY SENSORY NORTH HARROW LTD and was a Programme Manager at Waitrose from May 2011 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading e-commerce projects and creating business cases for significant margin increases. Nandita's experience also includes a role as Change & Operations Manager at John Lewis Financial Services, focusing on change delivery and online service strategy.
