Dora Westerlund

Dora Westerlund is an alumnus of California State University Fresno and has strong ties to the Central Valley. She is President and CEO of the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation, which started the only bilingual business incubator in the western United States. Ms. Westerlund also assisted in creating the Micro-Loan Program, which helps to establish businesses in the community and has created over 500 jobs. With her business expertise, affiliation with the Hispanic community and has served as Executive Assistant to the Consul of Mexico, Ms. Westerlund is a strong representative for their diverse community on their Board of Directors.
