Tamara Belinfanti

Tammy is a Professor of Law at New York Law School. Her scholarship focuses on corporate governance systems design and the nature of corporations. Tammy holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She also serves as a trustee of the Brooklyn Museum. Tammy joined the Board in 2018.
