Louis Iacovelli

Louis Iacovelli has extensive experience in both technology and emergency medical services. Currently serving as a Director of Technical Account Management and Customer Success at Salesforce since April 2014, Louis has a strong background in customer engagement and cloud technology solutions. In addition to roles at Salesforce, Louis has been an Emergency Medical Technician in the Emergency Department at Saint Anthony Hospital since April 2020 and previously worked as an EMT with Event Medical Solutions. Louis's earlier career includes significant positions at TIBCO Software Inc., the Chicago Board of Trade, and Newell Company, culminating in a diverse skill set that integrates technical consulting with healthcare provision. Louis holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Math from Loyola University Chicago, along with various certifications in emergency medical services from Harper College.
