Bethany Ellis is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in case management and care coordination across various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Case Manager/Unit Manager at Saint Antoine Residence since December 2024, Bethany previously held roles at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, including Care Manager for SNF/LTC, RN Primary Care, and RN Care Manager. Prior experience includes positions at HopeHealth, Community VNA of Attleboro, and Cedar Home Health, focusing on home care case management, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
