Michael J. McKiernan

Michael J. McKiernan serves as a Minority Owner at Saint Arnold Brewing Company, which is recognized as Texas’ oldest craft brewery, a position held since March 2013. Prior to this, McKiernan provided legal counsel to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group PLC from February 2018 to May 2019. McKiernan's extensive legal career includes over three decades at AIG Consumer Insurance, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the Employment Law Section until retirement in December 2016. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center, an MBA from Binghamton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York Cortland.
