David Dalton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, video production, and educational content creation. Currently serving as a Video Broadcast Producer at First Baptist Church of O'Fallon since January 2018, David also holds a pivotal role at St. Charles County Ambulance District as a Captain, Tech Specialist, and Training Officer since May 2008. In this capacity, David enhances organizational readiness and performance while leveraging technology to improve media and education platforms. Additionally, as a Transfer Division Battalion Chief, David successfully led a significant departmental restructuring, increasing team size from 14 to over 60 members. David's expertise extends to authorship, having contributed to key textbooks in the emergency services field and produced training videos. Previously, David was the General Manager at Little Fox Outdoor Shop. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from College of the Ozarks and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.

Seven-time Missouri EMS Service of the Year that provides mobile healthcare services for all municipalities and unincorporated areas of St. Charles County, covering 592 square miles and a population of more than 400,000. In addition to emergency and non-emergency care and transport services, the District operates numerous value-added programs for the residents of our service area, including Mobile Integrated Health and the American Ambulance Association award-winning Substance Use Recovery Response Team. The District also operates a Training Center offering EMT and Paramedic courses, along with a full compliment of American Heart Association courses.
