Josh M. possesses extensive experience in emergency medical services and leadership roles. Currently serving as Assistant Chief, Platoon Chief, and Battalion Chief at St. Charles County Ambulance District since February 2018, Josh has previously held the position of Paramedic at the same organization from 2007 to 2016. Additionally, Josh contributed to Elsevier as Health Professions Testing Manager/Senior Manager, overseeing the development of preparatory testing products for various Allied Health disciplines and managing a team of test writers for EMT and paramedic examinations. Josh holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University, as well as a background in Paramedicine from Hannibal-LaGrange College.

Seven-time Missouri EMS Service of the Year that provides mobile healthcare services for all municipalities and unincorporated areas of St. Charles County, covering 592 square miles and a population of more than 400,000. In addition to emergency and non-emergency care and transport services, the District operates numerous value-added programs for the residents of our service area, including Mobile Integrated Health and the American Ambulance Association award-winning Substance Use Recovery Response Team. The District also operates a Training Center offering EMT and Paramedic courses, along with a full compliment of American Heart Association courses.
