Michael A. Rodrigues

Michael A. Rodrigues is the current CEO of SAINT COLETTA OF GREATER WASHINGTON INC. Prior to this, they served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of New England Village, Inc. from January 2020 to August 2021. Under their leadership, New England Village shifted its mission to protect the health and safety of residents, participants and staff from the COVID-19 virus as fully as humanly possible. Not a single person served by NEV was hospitalized for COVID-19. Rodrigues also successfully led a strategic planning process in a rapidly evolving environment, and Advanced culture and rebuilt morale and trust by espousing a servant leadership organizational model and a commitment to everyday excellence. Michael has also positively engaged resident and participant families and caregivers, established, nurtured and deepened relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders, and led activities and made investments which strengthened NEV’s ability to attract, retain and develop highly competent and professional staff. Rodrigues has also diversified revenue streams and broadened philanthropic support, including maximizing pandemic-related revenue streams. Lastly, they have enhanced organizational systems and infrastructure, and identified and addressed critical safety, service quality and technology issues.

Michael A. Rodrigues has a BBA in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Michael also has a BBA in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
