Frank L.

Frank L. has extensive IT management experience, currently serving as IT Manager at Saint Elizabeth Community since October 2018. Previously, Frank held the position of IT Network Manager at Bradford Soap Works from November 2005 to September 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining a $1 million IT budget for a multi-site organization and generating annual CAPEX budgets for IT projects.
