Gosia Nader

Gosia Nader has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Gosia is currently working at SE Health as the Director Senior's Health in Ontario. In this role, they are responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of care-related programs and initiatives for residents. Prior to this, they worked at CBI Health, where they served as a Client Care Supervisor, conducting comprehensive care assessments and ensuring patient and care provider safety. Gosia also worked as a Personal Support Worker, assisting clients with medication administration, daily living needs, and teaching proper use of ambulation assistive devices.

Gosia Nader completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing at Nipissing University from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Degree in Nursing Education from Centennial College from 2016 to 2018. Gosia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Sociology from the University of Warsaw, which they earned from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Long-Term Care Executive Leadership from HealthCareCAN - SoinsSantéCAN in 2023, Best Practice Champion from the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) in 2022, and Fit Tester for Respiratory Protection from the Public Services Health & Safety Association in 2021. Gosia also received an Inclusive Leadership Practices Certificate with Honors from Centennial College in 2018.
