Shelby Fisch

Vice President, Telehealth, Acute Care Partnerships And Rehabilitation Strategy at SE Health

Shelby Fisch has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Shelby began their career in 2004 as a Corporate Director at Leisureworld Caregiving Centres, where they focused on program development and rehabilitation. Shelby then moved to St. John's Rehab Hospital in 2009, where they served in various roles including Project Manager Patient Programs and Director of Health Equity. In 2013, Shelby joined SE Health as the Director of Hospital Rehabilitation Services at Mackenzie Health. Shelby later became the Vice President of Acute Care Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President of Telehealth, Acute Care Partnerships, and Rehabilitation Strategy. Additionally, Shelby has also been involved with the Alzheimer Society of York Region, serving as the President of the Board of Directors from 2006 to 2013.

Shelby Fisch has a diverse education history. Shelby completed the Advanced Health Leadership program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management in the year 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Health Science (MHSc) degree in Health Administration from the University of Toronto between 2003 and 2005. In 1997 to 1999, Shelby earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto. Shelby'searlier education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Western University, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. To further enhance their healthcare leadership skills, Shelby acquired a Certified Health Executive designation from The Canadian College of Health Leaders in 2005.
