Caroline Lannoy

Caroline Lannoy is an experienced urban project director with a robust background in public urban development and social cohesion. Currently serving as Directrice des Projets Urbains for both Ville de Saint-Étienne and Saint-Étienne Métropole since 2018 and 2022, respectively, Caroline also holds teaching positions at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne and Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat. Previous roles include Directrice Devt Urbain Social Emploi and Chef de Projet Urbain at Mairie de Saint-Etienne, as well as Chargée de mission Rénovation Urbaine at GIP Grand Projet de Ville St Etienne. Caroline's educational background includes an engineering degree in urban planning and two Master's degrees from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
