Laurent Aupied

Laurent AUPIED is an experienced sports and leisure manager, currently serving as Directeur Adjoint Sports, Loisirs, Vie sociale at Saint-Étienne Métropole since May 2023, where the focus is on developing sports infrastructure and promoting harmony between leisure and high-level sports in a region of 400,000 residents. Prior to this role, Laurent AUPIED worked as Directeur Adjoint - Responsable des Sports for Ville de Vénissieux, overseeing sports logistics, event management, and facilities from January 2022 to May 2023. Laurent AUPIED has also held significant leadership positions in football organizations, including Directeur des Operations at Tours Football Club and various administrative roles at Red Star FC and football districts in Hauts-de-Seine and Val d'Oise. Laurent AUPIED holds degrees from Université Paris-Saclay, Paris-Sud University, and recently completed training as Concours d’attaché territorial in Administration générale.
