Before that, they held various leadership positions at Baptist Health Centers, including Executive Director of Operations, Senior Director of Patient Financial Services, and Director of Operations.

Earlier in their career, Bob Phillips worked at North Mississippi Health Services as a Regional Manager and Administrative Resident. Bob Phillips has a Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998.
