Hope Darrow

Hope Darrow serves as the Vice President of the Heart and Vascular Institute at Saint Francis Health System since May 2023. Previously, Darrow held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Lutheran St Joseph Hospital, focusing on hospital construction and service line development. As Chief Nursing Officer at Lutheran Health Network, Darrow oversaw operations at Lutheran Downtown Hospital. Prior roles included National Director of Emergency and Inpatient Throughput Performance Optimization at Tenet Healthcare, as well as various leadership positions across multiple healthcare organizations, including Kaiser Permanente and CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System, where significant improvements in patient care and staff satisfaction were achieved. Darrow earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a Master of Arts in Management, Leadership, and Business Finance from Webster University.
