Lee Moran

Lee Moran, MHA has extensive work experience in healthcare administration and recruitment. Lee is currently serving as the Vice President of Provider Affairs and Physician Recruitment at Saint Francis Health System since August 2022. Previously, Lee held various roles at Erlanger Health System, including Executive Director from November 2019 to August 2022. Lee also served as the Senior Director of Provider Recruitment and Development from September 2016 to October 2019, and as the Director of Physician Recruitment from November 2013 to September 2016. Prior to their tenure at Erlanger, Lee worked as a Physician Recruiter at Ballad Health from August 2009 to September 2010. Lee also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Pfizer as a Therapeutic Specialty Representative from December 2003 to February 2006. Additionally, Lee has previous experience as a Professional Healthcare Representative at Pfizer from February 2001 to December 2003. Lee began their career as a Staffing Manager at Pro Staff from 1997 to 2000. In 2019, Lee worked as a Senior Executive Consultant at M3 Executive Search.
