Sharon Hedgecock

Sharon Hedgecock currently serves as the System Director of Patient Safety and Accreditation at Saint Francis Health System, where Sharon has worked since September 1998, also holding positions as Quality Manager and Clinical Manager for a 34-bed medical/surgical unit. Prior to their healthcare roles, Sharon was a District Manager at Arbonne International from 2007 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University (2003-2005) and two Bachelor of Science degrees—one in Registered Nursing from Oral Roberts University (1992-1994) and another in Business Administration and Management from Oral Roberts University (1983-1987).
