Addison Raak

Addison Raak currently serves as a Robotics Teacher, FIRST Robotics Head Coach, and Innovation Lab Support at Saint Francis High School since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Code Coach at theCoderSchool, where Addison designed and implemented engaging curricula across various programming languages and robotics concepts. As an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Portland, Addison contributed to projects focused on intelligent curbside recycling and power consumption estimation using machine learning and Electronic Design Automation tools. An early internship at Uila involved assisting customers with the deployment of full stack monitoring software. Addison holds a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with a minor in Computer Engineering, from the University of Portland, completed in May 2022.
