Clayton Jones serves as Senior Vice President for office, R&D, and life science leasing at Colliers since July 2025, focusing on sustainable real estate strategies for high-growth companies and prominent landlords in Silicon Valley. Previously, Clayton worked at Newmark from 2016 to 2025, earning accolades as a Top 10 Producer for the San Francisco Peninsula and receiving multiple awards, including the Costar Power Broker Award. Clayton was also recognized as a "Rising Star" globally from 2018 to 2021 and achieved Rookie of the Year status in 2016. In addition to professional endeavors, Clayton has been a member of the Alumni Board of Directors at Saint Francis High School, contributing to the 40 Lancers Scholarship Program. Earlier experience includes commercial real estate advisory at JLL Hong Kong in 2015 and co-founding SlideBuy Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Clayton holds degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder and the Prague University of Economics and Business.
