Gregory Miller, OTR/L, MBA began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. Gregory studied there from 1988 to 1991.
Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the New York Institute of Technology. This program lasted from 2003 to 2006.
To further enhance their skills, Gregory completed the Lean Healthcare Certificate Program at Belmont University in 2012, specializing in Lean Process Improvement.
In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Gregory is certified in the practice area of emphasis - Adult Rehabilitation by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), earning this in March 2023. Gregory also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Dignity Health Global Education, obtained in January 2022. Furthermore, Gregory is a Lean Six Sigma White Belt, certified by the Acuity Institute in May 2017. As an Occupational Therapist Registered OTR®, they gained recognition from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy in August 2002.
