Gregory Miller, OTR/L, MBA has a strong background in healthcare management and consulting. Gregory has held various leadership positions in different healthcare organizations, where they successfully implemented strategies to improve productivity, eliminate waste and improve growth.

In their most recent role as Director of Rehabilitation Services at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett, Gregory turned around a dysfunctional department and increased department growth by 22% over a one-year period.

Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Healthcare Consultant, where they provided consultation on productivity, Lean processes, and business growth to healthcare facilities. Gregory achieved significant improvements in productivity, waste elimination, and growth for their clients.

Gregory also served as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Self Regional Healthcare, where they led operations for a $66M integrated healthcare delivery system. Gregory introduced critical service delivery tools and eliminated problems with quality, inefficiency, and profitability.

Gregory has also held leadership positions at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, Carolinas HealthCare System - Blue Ridge Healthcare, and Highlands Medical Center - Jackson County Hospital, where they were responsible for various aspects of operations management and budget control.

Gregory Miller, OTR/L, MBA began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. Gregory studied there from 1988 to 1991.

Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the New York Institute of Technology. This program lasted from 2003 to 2006.

To further enhance their skills, Gregory completed the Lean Healthcare Certificate Program at Belmont University in 2012, specializing in Lean Process Improvement.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Gregory is certified in the practice area of emphasis - Adult Rehabilitation by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), earning this in March 2023. Gregory also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Dignity Health Global Education, obtained in January 2022. Furthermore, Gregory is a Lean Six Sigma White Belt, certified by the Acuity Institute in May 2017. As an Occupational Therapist Registered OTR®, they gained recognition from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy in August 2002. Finally, they possess the NPI (National Provider Identifier) from the National Provider Identifier since September 2016.
