Jurgens Bester

Jurgens Bester serves as the SAP Manager at Saint-Gobain Africa since October 2023, responsible for developing and executing the vision, strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap for SAP applications, aiming to create business value and operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Jurgens held the position of Digital Manager at Lafarge South Africa from July 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included designing and executing the country’s digital strategy and managing resources within the Digital Solutions and Services department. Jurgens has extensive experience in various roles at LafargeHolcim and Lafarge South Africa, involved in SAP systems analysis, project management, and the management of IT business systems. Jurgens holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology and Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa and has obtained several project management certifications.
