Filipe Marques

Filipe Marques is a highly experienced professional in process engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as Coordenador WCM-WCSC LATAM at Weber Saint Gobain since February 2021. Previously, Filipe coordinated WCM initiatives and supported Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects at Weber - Produtos Quartzolit from January 2015 to February 2021. Prior to this, Filipe held various roles at Closure Systems International, focusing on process engineering, quality management, and Lean methodologies, and was an integral part of Alcoa as an Engenheiro Pleno, where responsibilities included operational excellence and the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance. Filipe's educational background includes a specialization in Industrial Administration and a degree in Production Engineering, complemented by Lean Six Sigma certifications and advanced training in English and safety management systems.
