Thameem R has experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. In 2005, Thameem worked as a Quality Assurance Executive at Addison & Co. Ltd., where they were responsible for managing quality assurance functions and inspecting materials and products. From 2006 to 2007, Thameem served as a Cell Leader at Sundaram Clayton Limited, overseeing production tasks and ensuring safety and housekeeping compliance. Since 2007, Thameem has been with Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business, holding the position of Operations Leader and Head of Manufacturing. In this role, Thameem has been responsible for day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, business planning, and project management.
