Currently serving as Senior Manager HR GA for the East, Central, and Sumatra regions at PT Cipta Mortar Utama since February 2012, Luluk has previously held several senior positions within the same company, overseeing HR and general affairs across multiple plants. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior HR Specialist at PT. Indonesia Marina Shipyard and Office Manager at PT. Delima Putra, demonstrating a strong background in HR strategy, recruitment, employee development, and industrial relations. Luluk holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, along with a diploma in English.
