Elodie Davignon

Elodie Davignon has worked for Saint-Gobain Glass France as an Accountant in the Finance Department from September 1999 to April 2007. Elodie then joined Saint-Gobain as an International Mobility Manager in the HPM Sector from May 2007 to September 2009. After that, they worked for Saint-Gobain North America in various roles including Manager, Relocation & International Mobility from October 2009 to October 2017, Senior Manager, Relocation & International Mobility from October 2017 to December 2021, Director, Mobility Programs & Immigration North America from December 2021 to August 2023, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Immigration, Mobility, and HR Compliance Programs since June 2023.

Elodie Davignon has a diverse education history. In 1997, they attended Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they obtained a DEUG MIAS degree in Mathematics Informatique Application des Sciences. Elodie continued their education at CIEFA from 1999 to 2001 and earned a BTS degree in Accounting and Finance. Elodie also pursued further specialization in the field of International Mobility. In 2007, they completed a program on Mobilite Internationale at GERESO. In 2008, they obtained a certification in International Mobility from Magellan. Elodie Davignon then continued their professional development by attending Worlwide ERC in 2011 and Worldwide ERC in 2014, where they completed programs as a Global Mobility Specialist and a Global Mobility Specialist - Talent Management, respectively.
