André Silva

André Silva is an experienced professional in industrial risk prevention and environmental health and safety management. Currently serving as the Industrial Risk Prevention Coordinator at Saint-Gobain since July 2023, André ensures compliance with regulatory requirements across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, while promoting best practices and developing Business Continuity Plans. André has held the position of EHSQ & IRP Director at Saint-Gobain Portugal since November 2003, focusing on the implementation of safety and environmental principles within the organization. With a tenure at Saint-Gobain Weber Portugal dating back to January 1997, André progressed from Lab Technician to Lab Manager, contributing to the establishment of a new production facility. Previously, André served as EHS Director at Covipor from September 2020 to September 2023 and as EHS Coordinator at Saint-Gobain from February 2012 to June 2016. André holds an Engineer's degree in Safety Technology from ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia.
