Christopher Hevia Álvarez

Christopher Hevia Álvarez has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Christopher is currently serving as the Subgerente de Contabilidad y Finanzas Chile at Weber Chile since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief of financial at Weber Saint-Gobain from 2020. Christopher also worked at Saint-Gobain as a General Accountant Tax and Finance from 2018. Before that, Christopher served as a Financial Accounting Analyst at GNL Chile S.A. from 2016 to 2018. Christopher also worked as a General Accountant Tax and Finance at Archroma Chile Limitada from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for various accounting, tax, and financial processes. Christopher has experience as an Auditor Intern at ARCOPRIME LTDA from 2012 to 2013, and as a Coordinator in the Business Service Center LATAM at Clariant from 2011 to 2012. Christopher started their career as an Anlista Contable at Clariant Colorquimica Chile from 2007 to 2011.

Christopher Hevia Álvarez has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from INACAP, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. In 2015, they completed a Diplomatura in International Financial Reporting Standard (NIIF) at the Universidad de Chile. In 2018, they pursued a diploma in Applied Taxation for Companies at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Currently, from 2022 to 2023, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Management at the same university.
