Hugo Noiret

Hugo Noiret is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and strategic management. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Director at Saint-Gobain since April 2021, Hugo leads the transformation program and acts as chief of staff to the CEO, overseeing various strategic initiatives and coordinating over 40 projects involving more than 200 employees. Previous positions include President of Stratngo Consulting, where Hugo managed a team of 49 and coordinated international consulting missions for NGOs, and roles as Plant Engineer at Bouygues Construction Australia and Project Engineer at Vallourec. Hugo holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
