Javier Gimeno

Javier Gimeno graduated from the University of Navarre (Spain) and from the Madrid business school IE ("Instituto de Empresa").

In 1987, Javier Gimeno joined the Saint-Gobain Group where he held various positions of responsibility before being appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing of Saint-Gobain Sekurit International in 2004. At the end of 2007, he became Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Glass Solutions France then Chief Executive Officer of Saint Gobain Sekurit Asia-Pacific, a position he held from November 2010 to October 2012.

In October 2012, Javier Gimeno was appointed Chairman and CEO and Managing Director of Saint-Gobain for the Asia-Pacific region. In January 201 9, Javier Gimeno became Deputy Managing Director, Managing Director Asia-Pacific Region. As of July 1, 2021, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director, Managing Director Latin America Region.
