Luiz Gustavo Teixeira

Luiz Gustavo Teixeira has extensive experience in quality management and process optimization, currently serving as Coordenador de Qualidade, Processos e WCM at Saint-Gobain since December 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 114 personnel, managing production costs, ensuring adherence to production plans, and implementing preventive maintenance. Additionally, Luiz has contributed to the World Class Manufacturing program, focusing on quality and safety. Past roles include process improvement leadership and project management in various engineering capacities at Saint-Gobain and previous positions at International Paper and Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht. Luiz holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV and a degree in Materials Engineering from UFSCar, complemented by a technical background in Mechanics.
