Malhar Narwadkar

Malhar Narwadkar has extensive experience in project sales and management within the glass and construction industries, currently serving as the Head of Project Sales for Railings and Shower Enclosures at Saint-Gobain since March 2025. Previously, Malhar worked at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business in various regional managerial roles focused on projects and interior business from July 2020 to March 2025, and held multiple managerial positions from August 2012 to July 2020. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, Malhar was an Account Executive at Schindler Group from February 2010 to August 2012. Malhar holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing and Operations from ITM, Navi Mumbai.
