Marion Gardais

Marion Gardais has extensive experience in human resources within the construction and building materials sector, currently serving as DRH Adjointe at POINT.P under Saint-Gobain since December 2012, overseeing 1,400 employees. Previously, Marion held roles including Responsable RH for Placoplatre/Isover and Ecophon, and Adjointe DRH at the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain. Marion's expertise encompasses recruitment, career development, international mobility, and the implementation of HR projects.
