Oswaldo Malheiros

Oswaldo Malheiros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, safety, and operational management within the construction and glass industries. Currently serving as the WCM/EHS/IRP/IMS and Sustainability Corporative Manager at Saint-Gobain since January 2019, Oswaldo leads the Sustainability Committee for Construction Products Brazil, focusing on strategic implementation and project management. Previous roles at Saint-Gobain include oversight of EHS and WCM initiatives across numerous business units, as well as managerial positions overseeing production and logistics operations in multiple sites. Oswaldo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from USP and additional qualifications in Safety Engineering and Industrial Process Management from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
