Pascal Coelho has extensive experience in human resources and economic development. They served as a consultant at Développement & Emploi (ASTREES) from 2000 to 2005, where they facilitated inter-enterprise initiatives and managed partnerships for local economic development. Currently, they work as the Responsible for Human Resources at PLACOPLATRE and have held various roles in human resources and safety at Saint-Gobain ISOVER since 2007. Pascal holds a Master’s degree in Diagnostic Social and Change Strategy from Sciences Po, earned between 2002 and 2004.
