Thibault de Maintenant

Thibault de Maintenant is an experienced professional in the glass and construction industries, currently serving as the Technical and Development Manager at Vetrotech Saint-Gobain Atlantique since May 2018. Thibault oversees the development of fire-resistant and high-security glazing solutions across multiple countries including France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Africa. Previously, Thibault held positions as the Sales Director at Saint-Gobain Vitrage Bâtiment in Coutras, and as a Product Engineer for Glass Systems at Saint-Gobain Glass France, where responsibilities included technical, marketing, and commercial leadership. Thibault also gained valuable experience as an Innovation Project Manager during an internship at Groupe SEB, focusing on coffee machine improvements, and as a Project Improvement Engineer intern at STELIA Aerospace, analyzing production issues in Airbus fuselages. Thibault holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a Baccalauréat with High Honors in Mathematics and Life Sciences from Lycée Sainte Céline.
