Donovan St-Hilaire, MBA, is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in organizational communication, media relations, and economic development. Currently serving as the Director of Communication and Marketing at Saint-Hyacinthe Technopole since April 2015, Donovan has previously held key positions such as Director of Communications and Special Projects at the Cité de la biotechnologie agroalimentaire, vétérinaire et agroenvironnementale de Saint-Hyacinthe, and has extensive experience in public relations and project management from roles at the Centre local de développement de la MRC Les Maskoutains and the Assemblée nationale du Québec. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Political Science from the same institution.

Further, the city of Saint-Hyacinthe has put the Technopole in charge of managing and selling lots in the industrial parks. The Technopole also helps established businesses in the city centre with their development projects, namely by securing financing packages and guiding them through the different steps of their projects, among other services.
