Mary Ann Vogel

Mary Ann Vogel Ed.D. serves as the Principal and Founding Principal of The Welsh Academy at Saint Ignatius High School since July 2018. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Vogel founded Cornerstone Educational Consulting in March 2014 to enhance education equity in urban settings. Previous roles include Chief Educator at The Intergenerational Schools from September 2015 to February 2018, and Principal of Saint Martin de Porres High School from 2004 to 2013. Additionally, Vogel has held positions such as Program Designer at Catalyst Cleveland and Assistant Principal within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Educational credentials include an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Education from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University.
