Nicole LeBon has over 10 years of experience in trade marketing and retail marketing. Nicole most recently served as the Director of Trade Marketing at Saint James Iced Tea. Prior to that, they worked as the Trade Marketing Director and Sr. Retail Marketing Manager at Poppi, where they led the development of 360 GTM strategies, collaborated with account leads on retailer-specific programs and campaigns, oversaw retail programs and budgets, and fostered collaborative relationships between the brand and retailer marketing teams. Before their time at Poppi, Nicole was the National Marketing Manager and Divisional Marketing Manager at Power Crunch, specializing in creating holistic 360 marketing programs and managing field marketing programs and partnerships. Nicole also has experience as a Field Marketing Representative at On Board Experiential Marketing and as a Lead Field Marketing Representative at Suja Juice. In addition, Nicole worked as a Team Lead at vitaminwater, vitaminwater zero, smart water, Switch, and as a Brand Ambassador at MKTG INC, where they managed the Diageo Portfolio and executed onsite events.
Nicole LeBon holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from California State University-Dominguez Hills, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Nicole previously completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Communication and Media Studies at Orange Coast College from 2010 to 2013.
