Joyce Young

Joyce Young currently serves as the Vice President of System Nursing at Trinity Health, a prominent multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery system headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, since July 2019. In addition to this role, Joyce Young has been the Regional Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System within the Trinity Health framework since November 2015, overseeing operations across five hospitals in Southeast Michigan. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President and CNO at St. Joseph Mercy Health System from 2011, Vice President and CNO at Henry Ford Health System from 2005 to 2011, and Vice President of Operations and CNO at BCHS/Trinity Health from 2000 to 2005. Joyce Young holds a PhD in Health Systems Management from Capella University.
