Olivia MacKenzie

Olivia MacKenzie has extensive work experience in the technology and education sectors. Olivia currently holds the position of Senior Director of Technology Support at Saint Joseph's University since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Technology Support at the same university from April 2021 to August 2023. Before rejoining Saint Joseph's University, Olivia worked as an Implementation Consultant at TeamDynamix from October 2020 to April 2021. From June 2016 to October 2020, they held the position of Associate Director of IT Service Management at Saint Joseph's University. Olivia also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty in the Criminal Justice Department, teaching various courses and providing support to students from January 2010 to October 2018. Olivia has further experience as a Manager of IT Procurement and Communications from April 2010 to May 2016, where they managed technology purchases, maintained the departmental budget, and handled social media management. Olivia began their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Saint Joseph's University from August 2006 to March 2010. Olivia also gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Good Shepherd Mediation Program, where they contributed to the development of PSAs, annual reports, and training publications.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from the same university, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Olivia has obtained various certifications, including the DevOps Foundation Certification from DevOpsInstitute in 2019, and the ITIL - Expert Certificate in IT Service Management from APMG International in 2017. Olivia also holds multiple ITIL Intermediate certifications and has a certification in HDI Support Center Analyst, which they acquired in 2011.
