Tara Vandevoorde

Tara VanDeVoorde currently serves as the Executive HR Director for Talent Development & Operations at Saint Louis Community College since January 2022. Previously, Tara held various roles at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from May 2011 to January 2022, including Assistant Director of HR Operations and Senior Consultant, overseeing HR operations and providing consultation on employee relations and organizational development. Prior experience includes a Recruiter position at Des Peres Hospital and roles at Genesis Health System, where Tara advanced from HR Generalist to Recruitment Specialist. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Northern Illinois University.
