Jim Madison

Jim Madison is the VP of Business Operations at the Saint Louis Zoo. Jim has been with the organization since January 2009, first as the Director of Business Operations and then in their current role. Jim is responsible for detailed analysis of monthly financial statements and reports, and they develop departmental budgets. Jim has also been instrumental in developing new business models for the zoo, which have led to sales and catering revenue growth of over $1 million over the past four years. In addition to their work at the zoo, Jim is a participant in a leadership group that is tasked with establishing, operationalizing, and sustaining organizational values and three keys.

Jim Madison has a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in finance from Saint Louis University. Jim also has certification from the Disney Institute in Disney's Approach to Quality Service, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) in ICAL - IAAPA Certified Attractions Leader, and the Disney Institute in Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence.
