Heather Gage

Heather Gage has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and workforce planning. Heather worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Saint Luke's Health System, where they were responsible for all HR issues, including recruitment strategies and policy development. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, providing support and guidance to HR representatives throughout the organization. Heather also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Stinson Morrison Hecker and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.

Heather Gage earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Colby Community College from 1992 to 1995. Heather then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and their Master of Liberal Studies degree in Organizational Leadership, both from Fort Hays State University, from 1996 to 2000.
