Natalie Keller

Natalie Keller, MHSA, CPHQ has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Natalie began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Brandon Woods at Alvamar in 2013. Natalie then worked as an Information Resources Analyst Intern at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, Natalie interned as a Consultant at Cerner Corporation. Natalie also served as a Graduate Administrative Intern at UNC Health Care in 2016, where they played a key role in establishing a strategic marketing campaign for the Cancer Caregiver Website. Natalie joined Saint Luke's Health System in 2016 and worked as a Quality Analyst before becoming the Director of Quality in 2019. Natalie'srole involved overseeing quality initiatives within the organization.

Natalie Keller, MHSA, CPHQ, holds a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center, which they completed in the years 2015-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Information Management from the same institution, during the period of 2014-2016. In addition to their degrees, Natalie Keller has various certifications, including being a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), which they obtained in 2018. Natalie is also a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), certified by the American Health Information Management Association in 2015. Furthermore, Natalie has obtained certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist, Lean/Six Sigma training, Basic Cancer Registry Training, A3 Training, and they are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
