Bill Strader

Bill joined the Saint Martin’s University School of Business Advisory Board in December of 2018. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville and has been a licensed CPA since 1987. Bill currently serves as Panorama’s Chief Executive Officer (since 2016) and Chief Financial Officer (since 2005).

Prior to Panorama, Bill served as Regional Director of Finance for the Hillhaven Corporation (Tacoma, WA); Director of Ancillary Services for ManorCare (Gaithersburg, MD); Chief Financial Officer for Avamere Healthcare (Wilsonville, OR); and Vice President of Internal Audit for Sun Healthcare (Albuquerque, NM).

While serving at Sun Healthcare, Bill led the company’s effort to implement the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, which focused on the prevention of accounting fraud. He also led Panorama’s efforts to earn re-accreditation from CARF in 2006 and 2011.

Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors for LeadingAge, a trade organization dedicated to promoting quality housing and healthcare services for seniors.
